Funny Pictures - The Faceless Kitten

Disclaimer: The video below the jump in this post contains graphic imagery of a severely injured cat.

While on the job, veterinary technician Faris encountered a kitten with severe facial injuries. The kitten became known as “The Faceless Kitten.” It is believed that the kitten, a stray, tried to take shelter and stay warm in a car’s fan blade. The kitten’s nose was broken, and his lower left tear duct was destroyed.

Fortunately, this story has a happy ending. “The Faceless Kitten” was treated by doctors, and eventually his wounds healed. Many kind and loving people worked to nurse the him back to health, and we find their dedication incredibly inspiring. “The Faceless Kitten,” who is no longer “faceless,” now has a forever home with an adopted family. The video (located after the jump) documenting his recovery is really quite touching.
