| More Arrests Made Overnight in Operation Midnight Special Posted: 21 Jun 2012 02:18 PM PDT Lincoln County Sheriff's Office News Release June 20, 2012 Lincolnton,NC– Arrests continued overnight in "Operation Midnight Special" roundup of suspected drug dealers inLincolnCounty. The operation got underway with a briefing at 8:00 p.m.Tuesday at theHarvenA.CrouseLawEnforcementCenterand by midnight 10 suspects had been taken into custody. Additional arrest made overnight included:  Harold Braddy - Harold Gene Braddy, Jr. , 29,4571 Barley Court, Iron Station. He is charged with 1 felony count each of Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Possession with the intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana. He was released on a $5,000 secured bond.
 Chad Bradley - ChadMatthew Bradley, 32,402 Green Street, Lincolnton. He is charged with 3 felony counts of Sell and Deliver Marijuana, 2 felony counts of Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, and 1 felony count each of Possession with the intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Sell and Deliver Marijuana, and Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling place for a controlled substance. He was booked under a $5,000 secured bond.
 Michael Brice - Michael Scott Brice, 48,113 East Cemetery Street,Maiden,NC. He is charged with 1 felony count each of Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling place for a controlled substance and Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance. He was released on an $8,000 secured bond.
 Perry Cook - Perry Adam Cook, 30,1581 North Brook Number III School Road, Vale, NC. He is charged with 1 felony count each of Trafficking Schedule II by Possession, by Sell and by Delivery. He was booked on a $75,000 secured bond.
 Myers - Cassander Bell Myers, 42, of402 Green Street,Lincolnton,NC. She is charged with 1 felony count each of Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana. She is also charged with 2 counts of Conspire to Sell and Deliver Marijuan and 3 felony counts of Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling place for a Controlled Substance. She was also served an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for worthless check. She is booked under an $11,000 secured bond.
 Dustin Myers - Dustin Allen Myers, 22,402 Green Street,Lincolnton,NC. He is charged with 1 felony count each of Sell and Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance, maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling place for a controlled substance and Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver a Schedule III Controlled Substance. He is in jail under a $5,000 secured bond.
 Amy Forney - Amy Nicole Forney, 27,3496 Woodstream Drive,Maiden,NC. She is charged with 1 felony count each of Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Maintaining aVehicle/Dwelling Placefor a Controlled Substance and Conspiracy to Possession with the intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana. She was released on a $5,000 secured bond.
 Edward York - Edward Leroy York, IV, 19,135 S J Crawford Road,Lincolnton,NC. He is charged with 3 felony cunts each of Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Possession with the intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana. He is booked under a $5,000 secured bond.
 Angelo Fioamanti - Angelo Stowe Fioramanti, 32,3563 Woodstream Drive,Maiden,NC. He is charged with 1 count each of Possession with the intent to Manufacture, Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Sell and Deliver Marijuana. He was released on a $5,000 secured bond.
A total of 19 suspects have been arrested. The remaining warrants have been turned over to Patrol deputies and the suspects will be arrested as they are located.
