Samsung to Launch Several Tizen-Based Devices in 2013

Samsung plans to launch multiple devices based on Linux-based mobile OS Tizen in 2013, the company has confirmed. “We plan to release new, competitive Tizen devices within this year and will keep expanding the lineup depending on market conditions,” Samsung told Bloomberg Businessweek in an e-mailed statement. No details about the upcoming devices or their prices were disclosed.

Polaroid's Fotobar Stores Will Let You Print Photos From Your Phone

Polaroid is launching retail shops called Fotobars that let people come in and print digital photos stored on their phones. The first store, set to open this February, will be located in Delray Beach, Fla.; store openings in New York, Las Vegas and Boston will follow. Hearst Claims 800,000 Digital Subscribers, the 'Highest in the Industry'
