Cute 'Pig Rescues Baby Goat' Viral Video Was Actually an Ad

A cute video showing a pig rescuing a goat that went viral last fall was actually an elaborate ad for a Comedy Central show, the network revealed on Wednesday. The original video showed a pig at a petting zoo playing hero when he swims across a pond to save a trapped and terrified goat whose foot is stuck underwater. That video, which was picked up by Mashable, among others, has gotten more than 7 million views.
