Nokia Brings Music+ Premium Streaming Service to the U.S. | | After launching Music+, its premium music streaming service, in the UK in January, Nokia has now decided to bring the service to the U.S. as well. For $3.99 a month, Nokia Music+ offers unlimited music streaming and an unlimited number of offline one-hour music mixes. Other features include improved stream quality (compared to the regular Nokia Music), lyrics and the ability to access the service through a web app.

Twitter Now Reducing Some Tweets To 117 Characters | | If you’re tweeting out a URL, your tweets just got a bit shorter. Starting Wednesday, any tweet sent with a URL will be reduced to 118 characters, or 117 for https links. First announced in December, the reduction is due to a change in Twitter’s t.co link wrapper. It extends the maximum length of t.co wrapped links from 20 to 22 characters for non-https URLs and from 21 to 23 characters for https URLs.

| Jeep’s official Twitter account was hacked Tuesday morning by what appears to be the same group who attacked Burger King on Monday: @DFNTSC. The background on Jeep’s official Twitter page has been changed to some gentleman riding around in a McDonald’s vehicle, and the account’s description claims it has been sold to Cadillac. An attack on Burger King's Twitter account Monday suggested the restaurant chain had been sold to McDonald's.
