| AT&T reaffirmed Friday that it will unlock up to five of each of its customers' mobile devices provided they meet certain conditions. The company's Vice President of Federal Regulatory, Joan Marsh, outlined AT&T's unlocking policy in a blog post that comes amidst a heated debate over the legality of unlocking.
