| Laptops, sadly, get stolen every day (at a rate of one every 53 seconds, according to an oft-quoted Gartner study). But not all of those bereft owners get to see the thieves using their machine from 3,000 miles away. Fewer still make a Tumblr out of the situation. That's apparently what happened to Dom Deltorto, a London-based animator who had his Macbook Pro taken from his flat on February 4.

| Ryan Seacrest claims he's using Twitter's much-rumored music app — and is loving it. The American Idol host posted a tweet Wednesday evening indicating that he was playing with the unreleased app, confirming its existence. According to Seacrest, Twitter’s entre into the music scene shows what artists are currently trending, and includes popular as well as up and coming artists.

| If you liked the big screen of Samsung's Galaxy Note smartphones, the company has something even more massive coming. The Samsung Galaxy Mega line, which will hit Europe in May, is led by a monstrous 6.3-inch phone — the biggest smartphone yet. Earlier this year, China's Huawei unveiled a 6.1-inch phone, but the Galaxy Mega beats it by a fraction of an inch.

| A friend of mine, Sam, recently listed his Nokia Lumia phone for sale online. After making arrangements to meet a buyer, he went to the AT&T store to have them wipe his phone of personal data. Unfortunately, the process killed his phone. He let the buyer know, who then, apparently angered by the cancelled deal, began sending weird texts to Sam's new iPhone.

| Samsung's recently unveiled Series 9 Ultrabook is now available for purchase. The 13.3-inch Ultrabook is powered by an Intel Core i7 processor ticking at 2GHz, 4GB of RAM memory and 128GB of SSD storage. It has a 1,920 x 1,080-pixel screen, an Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics chip and a 1.3-megapixel webcam.
