Since beginning our Wednesday guest blogger series back in May, we've seen some really great content from FeedBlitz users, and all of us at FeedBlitz wanted to say a huge thank you.
This weekly series began by highlighting creative, real-world examples of how fellow users incorporate the platform into their everyday blogging lives.
More recently, we've had FeedBlitz users share guest posts on branding, content, social sharing, marketing, and RSS integration.
It's fun to see what our guests come up with each week, and we learn something valuable from each new post.
Do YOU Have Something to Say?
Not to be left out, we want to extend an invitation for you, our faithful FeedBlitz users and readers, to share a perspective, tips, how-to guide or advice in the areas of marketing, branding, blogging, social media or online marketing. We're open to your suggestions, and we'd love to have you join our league of extraordinary guest bloggers. Simply send Kate Finley an email to get the dialogue going.
FeedBlitz Users Speak: Let's Recap
With so much new content each week, we felt like a refresher should be in order, in case you’ve missed anything. So, here are four of the first guest blog posts, each with a unique perspective. If you don't have time to read all of them, you can always save them to your Evernote and follow each contributor on Twitter. Enjoy!
FeedBlitz in Action: By Users for Users
As our first guest blogger within the series, Jason Konopinski didn't disappoint! In this post, he addresses the importance of blog subscribers, and the need for a professional grade RSS service. Jason also shares what made him decide to transition from Feedburner to FeedBlitz, and why he isn't looking back.
How to Start Using FeedBlitz if You're Not a Techie (It's Easy!)
As a FeedBlitz user herself, Kate Finley, chimes in on her experience using FeedBlitz as a newbie. She addresses a few concerns, and talks about how to get started for those considering FeedBlitz for the first time.
How FeedBlitz Can Replace Traditional Email Service Providers
Next up, Jess Ostroff provides a hands-on scenario the team over at Convince & Convert had to tackle in order to streamline their process, and replace their traditional email service. If you're facing the challenge of having multiple emails for multiple audiences, sent several times a month, this post is a must-read.
FeedBlitz Users Speak! A Powerful Tool for Bloggers
In this post, Katy Widrick shares tips and guidance on transitioning from Feedburner to FeedBlitz. In her opinion, the 'writing is on the wall' for Feedburner, and she outlines how it can be harmful, and potentially costly to use an RSS service that isn't reliable. She also addresses practical steps as you transition to FeedBlitz, like using a redirect plugin if you're a WordPress user.
If we can draw one conclusion from this summary of posts, it's that FeedBlitz users are pretty darn smart. We're honored to have them in the FeedBlitz family, and hope to add you to the tribe, too.
P.S. Don't forget to email Kate if you'd like to contribute a guest post of your own. Who knows, maybe you'll be on this list next time …
