We also periodically have offers and promotions that will offer deals on our services. All well and good.
Now, the FeedBlitz affiliate program has always had language in the terms about not gaming it. Today we have clarified the affiliate program terms of service to specifically address one element of gaming the program, as follows:
You may not use the affiliate program on your own account.
In other words, signing up for the affiliate program, and then joining FeedBlitz using the program to effectively secure a discount for yourself is Not OK. That’s not what the program is about or for.
Effective June 1st, 2014, any and all extant “self-affiliate” signups will no longer accrue affiliate commission. Commission will of course be credited where affiliate partners have brought new, third party, business to FeedBlitz.
