| Noah Pozner's mother wanted to bury handwritten notes from his family members with her son, a 6-year-old victim of Friday's Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. This might not have been a challenge for local family members, but Noah's cousin lives across the country in Seattle. And Noah's uncle had already arrived in Newtown, Conn., for the young boy's funeral when his mother asked the family for notes.

| An online card for Sandy Hook Elementary shooting victims on activism platform Causes has amassed a huge number of online signatures. More than 1 million people have signed the Sandy Hook Elementary School National Sympathy Card, which is now the largest ever petition on the site, according to Causes Community Manager Alejandro De La Cruz. Only one other Causes petition has ever topped 1 million before.
