| Outsiders may question Mark Zuckerberg's leadership from time to time, but it seems that inside of Facebook, he can do no wrong. The 28-year-old Facebook CEO topped Glassdoor's list of the highest-rated chief executives. Zuckerberg got a 99% approval rating, a 14% jump over last year.
