In a report released Tuesday, analytics firm ComScore revealed that the Cupertino, Calif. company captured a sizable 39.2% of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) market share during the three-month average period ending April 2013.

| The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has placed a U.S import ban on a number of older iPhone and iPad devices, claiming that those units infringe on patents owned by Samsung. Specifically having to do with the "apparatus and method for encoding/decoding transport format combination indicator in CDMA mobile communication system," the ban covers the iPhone 4 and below and iPad 3 and below; but only on AT&T.
