| The Seattle Public Library broke the world record for the longest domino book chain, lining up 2,131 made-to-collapse hardcovers. In an effort to promote the library's Summer Reading Program, staff and volunteers collaborated with concept designers Luke Greenway and Laura D'Asaro to assemble the lines of books that traverse stacks, climb stairs, spell out the word "read" and encircle mannequin-like library patrons in the video above.
