| In late 2011, Conde Nast hired CW founder Dawn Ostroff to helm its newly created entertainment division. The first fruits of her labor went on display Tuesday with the launch of digital video networks for two Conde Nast titles, Glamour and GQ. Each channel has been populated with an array of weekly shows, typically three to four minutes in length, that nicely compliment the magazines' respective themes.

| There are now two categories for social video-sharing apps: Vine and everything else. Nearly two months after Twitter's video app launched, Vine is back in Apple's top 20 free apps list and still being used by brands, journalists, celebrities and yes, regular folks. That's no small achievement considering the dozens of startups that have tried to bring mobile video-sharing apps to the mainstream in recent years.
