"On April 30th, we will turn off posterous.com and our mobile apps in order to focus 100% of our efforts on Twitter," Posterous founder and CEO Sachin Agarwal wrote in a blog post.

3D-Printed House Can Be Assembled in Just One Day

Just last month, Dutch architects unveiled plans to build the world’s first 3D-printed house out of sand, with a construction time of 18 months. Now British architecture collective Softkill Design has announced that it too is planning to build a 3D-printed house, but it can be printed in three weeks and built in one day. Rather than sand, the structure, known as the ProtoHouse, will be built out of highly fibrous laser-sinted bioplastic.

Social Media Users Say Pinterest Is as Popular as Twitter

Twitter attracted 16% of social media users, followed by 15% on Pinterest in 2012. Everyone's favorite pastime is still Facebook, though, raking in a majority of respondents' votes. Tumblr comes in as the least popular with only 6% of people on the site.
