It took a Chinese man two years to realize that the two "pet dogs" he'd raised are actually Asian black bears. Posted by Xinhua News Agency on Thursday, July 2, 2015 A Chinese man bought two puppies that he was told would grow up to become good watch dogs. For two years he took care of them as they grew and acted differently than other dogs. He finally discovered that they were not dogs, but protected Asian black bears when he visited a wildlife exhibit featuring the threatened species of bear.
