DKNY Apologizes via Tumblr for Using Photos Without Permission

DKNY has apologized via Tumblr to a photographer and pledged $25,000 in his name for using his images without permission. The response came after Humans of New York, a photography blog, posted an update by photographer Brandon Stanton claiming that the brand had used his images of DKNY store windows without permission. Stanton claimed that the brand offered him $15,000 for 300 photos.

Will Barnes & Noble Ditch the Nook?
