Study Reveals Adults Are Texting While Driving Even More Than Teens

That's according to the results of a survey conducted by AT&T and published in USA Today, showing that 49% of adult drivers admit to texting behind the wheel. As explained by Google's Duane Valz, under the OPN Pledge, Google promises "not to sue any user, distributor or developer of open-source software on specified patents, unless first attacked."
