Judge Recommends Dismissal of Ceglia Facebook Ownership Lawsuit

Three years ago, New York-based woodchip salesman and convicted felon Paul Ceglia filed a lawsuit against Mark Zuckerberg, claiming that the Facebook CEO reneged on a deal that promised him a majority stake in the social network. It appears the case may soon come to a close, however, after U.S. Magistrate Judge Leslie Foschio moved to dismiss Ceglia's suit on Tuesday.
