Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) reintroduced Thursday the Geolocation Privacy and Surveillance (GPS) Act, which would require police to get a warrant before using GPS to actively track suspects' whereabouts.

HTC Chief Executive Peter Chou is so invested in the company's HTC One phone launch that he told executives that he'd step down if the phone fails, accordig to a report. Chou made the claim during a meeting late last year, according to The Wall Street Journal. The release date for the phone, which was supposed to be available around this time, has been pushed back because of component shortages.
