Uber's Taxi-Ordering Service Returns to NYC

Uber's taxi-hailing service is returning to New York City, the startup confirmed late Tuesday. The announcement follows the dismissal of a lawsuit against the service a little more than a week ago. Uber will now operate as part of the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission's one year e-hail pilot program. You can now hail and track the progress of taxis, as well as black cars, using Uber's smartphone apps.
