Singer Miguel Jumps on Fans' Heads in Freak Accident

In an ugly freak accident, singer Miguel landed on the heads of fans while attempting to jump over them during his performance of "Adorn" at the Billboard Music Awards. Twitter users quickly expressed their disbelief Sunday, with some wondering whether the women smacked by Miguel were seriously injured or even killed. Some viewers posted GIFS on Twitter and clips of the bizarre moment on Twitter's video service Vine.
