When you're away from home, it's always handy to have information about how things are in your house. Motes are wireless remote sensors that collect data on temperature, humidity, light and other data, then relay that info to your smartphone. The company, Wimoto, plans three different kinds of Motes. The “Climote” collects data on temperature and humidity.

Schmidt was photographed with the phone at a meeting of the tech minds in Sun Valley, Idaho. The phone looks identical to the leaks of the Moto X that appeared in March on Vietnamese blog Tinh te. The only difference is that Schmidt's phone is white, not black.
