| Posted: 29 May 2012 12:39 PM PDT A Service of Holy Communion will be available at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church this summer on Thursdays, 12-12:30pm, beginning June 7. Anyone is welcome to attend. All baptized Christians may receive the sacrament. For more information call 704-732-7933.

| 2012 Lincoln County Schools Student Art Show Announces Winners Posted: 29 May 2012 12:36 PM PDT
The Arts Council of Lincoln County announces the winners of the 2012 Lincoln County Schools Student Art Show. All entries were considered and the Arts Council of Lincoln County would like to thank all art teachers and students for their time and efforts. Further, the Arts Council would like to thank and recognize our judge, Lynn Dermott of Denver, North Carolina.
Student's art will be on display at the Lincoln Cultural Center until May 31, 2012. The LCC hours are Monday – Friday 10-5pm. For information, please contact the Arts Council of Lincoln County at (704) 732-9044. This project is supported in part by a grant provided through the Grassroots Arts Program of the NC Arts Council, a state agency.
