Samsung was the top brand on Twitter during last week's International CES, according to report on Twitter trends surrounding the trade show. Buzz about the Korean electronics giant was led by exciting product prototypes as well as announcements during the company's keynote at the show. The report, from social media marketing firm Salorix, looked at over 1 million tweets related to CES.
