A smaller, 5-inch version of LG's Optimus G Pro is now available in Japan, LG has announced. Japan's Optimus G Pro is obviously not the same device as the 5.5-inch G Pro we've seen in Barcelona, which has so far only been available in Korea.

Google Chrome for Android Updated With Autofill and Password Sync

Google has updated its Chrome web browser for Android, adding several interesting upgrades. The new Google Chrome for Android enables users to access their saved passwords and have forms autofilled when they're signed into Chrome — just like the desktop version. This release also brings several stability improvements and a fix for blank-page loads in certain scenarios.

Amazon announced Wednesday that it is bringing its AutoRip program to vinyl records. Amazon launched AutoRip for CDs in January as a way to give customers free MP3 versions of CDs they've purchased since 1998. Starting today, customers who buy an AutoRip vinyl record will get a digital copy of that album added to their Amazon Cloud Player library.
