The new service, dubbed Watch ABC, will debut on May 14 during ABC's upfront presentation in New York City. The service will initially only be available in New York City (via WABC-TV) and Philadelphia (via WPVI), but it will extend to all other ABC-owned networks by the end of the summer, as well as on Hearst-owned ABC networks.
